Key initiatives under ‘Bajaj Beyond’ include the Bajaj Engineering Skills Training (BEST) program, which seeks to equip engineering graduates with cutting-edge skills relevant to Industry 4.0. Additionally, the Certificate Program in Banking, Finance and Insurance (CPBFI) by Bajaj Finserv Ltd. aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry, particularly for aspiring professionals from smaller towns and cities.
