Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma speaking at a inaugurating program at Morigaon asserted about the development of the state in recent times under the government initiatives.
The Assam CM summarized about the initiatives that are on process of the government. He said the government was on track to fulfilling its promises, including providing jobs to one lakh youths. Another measure is to provide loan without mortgages to youths under the Chief Minister’s Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan.
Sarma also added about his government took a bold decision to allocate a sum of Rs 810 crore to resolve the vexed issues related to the paper mills of Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd in Jagiroad and Cachar, citing that Assam will oneday be among top states in country if this pace of development is maintained.
