Arya Erectors India Pvt. Ltd., a real estate company from Guwahati and a part of the Arya Group of Companies, announced the launch of their new project ‘Arya Arcade’ at the Vivanta, Guwahati yesterday evening in the presence of several eminent dignitaries and existing and prospective customers. The project located on the National Highway 27 at Changsari, near AIIMS Guwahati, is designed as an integrated commercial cum residential project consisting of a mall, cineplex, a business class hotel, commercial spaces, multi-use serviced apartments and residential apartments.
The Changsari project, located on National Highway 27, combines residences, business, shopping, events, and entertainment. The project is strategically situated near major hospitals like AIIMS, Narayana Super-speciality Hospitals, and GNRC hospitals. It is also near several educational institutions and government offices, all within a 5- to 10-minute drive. The project is only 1.0 km from Changsari Railway station. The project aims to decongest traffic conditions in Guwahati and make Changsari an important business hub in the region.
The Arya Group of Companies, known for its socially significant projects, is aiming to create employment opportunities for over 500 young men and women through a project aimed at decongesting Guwahati City in the near future.
