The Indian minister for external affairs, S. Jaishankar, came in Uganda on Monday to discuss ways to deepen India’s connections with the African nation’s leadership in order to strengthen bilateral ties and advance South-South cooperation. Jaishankar will be in Uganda and Mozambique for six days starting on Monday.
