This partnership merges Apollo’s clinical and preventive healthcare expertise with OneBanc’s AI capabilities, aiming to shift India Inc. from reactive, insurance-led models to proactive and predictive wellness strategies.

Through this collaboration, employers can access a range of services including preventive health check-ups at Apollo centres, virtual consultations with Apollo doctors, stress and lifestyle management programs, and AI-powered wellness insights through OneBanc’s platform.
By connecting health data, absenteeism patterns, and real-time AI nudges, companies can track wellness outcomes, turning health initiatives into measurable business drivers. OneBanc Founder Vibhore Goyal highlighted the synergy of data, technology, and empathy in delivering lasting value. With India losing over ₹60,000 crore annually to lifestyle diseases and presenteeism costing up to ₹60,000 per employee, this initiative directly addresses productivity and healthcare cost concerns.
