Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd., a leading low-income housing finance company, has announced Phase III of its Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban 2.0 (PMAY-U 2.0) awareness drive in Ranchi, with a Spot Sanction Camp scheduled from July 10 to 13. The initiative aims to simplify and fast-track homeownership for economically weaker sections (EWS) and low-income groups (LIG) in eastern India. The camp will assist first-time homebuyers in checking eligibility, understanding required documentation, and accessing government subsidies of up to ₹1.80 lakh. Eligible participants can receive on-the-spot home loan sanction letters after verification. With loans typically ranging from ₹10–13 lakhs, the scheme becomes more attractive following the revival of the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS), which helps lower EMIs.
In Patna, a growing hub of real estate activity in Bihar, Aadhar’s affordable loan offerings have found strong traction. The combination of lower housing costs and central subsidies is enabling more families to transition from rentals to ownership. The Spot Sanction model is particularly effective in urbanizing areas like Patna where timely financial facilitation can drive housing demand.
“Our mission is to make homeownership a reality for underserved families,” said Rishi Anand, MD & CEO, Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. Aadhar currently operates across 22 states, serving over 3 lakh customers through its 580+ branches.
