A seven-foot long venomous snake rescued in fulbari

Fulbari, August 21: A seven-foot long venomous snake, identified as Shankhini (Banded Krait), was rescued this morning in fulbari.

According to reports, the snake was found entangled in a fishing net in a pond near Putimari, adjacent to fulbari, on Wednesday morning. Local people found the snake and managed to free it by cutting the net. The snake was released back into the wild in good health.

While the banded krait is considered poisonous, it is generally recognized for its beautiful appearance and peaceful nature.
