21 illegal migrants from Bangladesh sent back from Assam

A total of 21 illegal migrants from Bangladesh, including women and children, were repatriated from Assam in the early hours of Sunday. Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma reported that the pushback occurred in the Sribhumi district at 12:30 AM, facilitated by the vigilant local police. Sarma praised the police’s commitment, highlighting that while many were asleep, they were actively fulfilling their duties for the nation.
