Seagram’s Blenders Pride Reserve Collection, a premium Indian whisky, sold over 1 million cases in a year from July 22 to June 23. This marks the first brand in the top-end Indian whisky category to sell over a million cases, becoming the 3rd largest brand in the category. The brand experienced a 30% CAGR in annual sales over the last three years.
Young consumers are increasingly discerning, leading to premiumization in whiskies. Blenders Pride Reserve Collection is a prime example of this trend, growing faster than Indian Premium whisky and other brands. With over 11% volume, it’s the destination for those seeking a luxurious taste profile.
Blenders Pride Reserve Collection is a blend of Seagram’s 150-year craftsmanship using handcrafted reserve scotch malts, matured in European and American casks, and infused with indulgent, smooth flavors, showcasing the finest Indian whisky.Speaking on this milestone, Kartik Mohindra, Chief Marketing Officer, Pernod Ricard India, said, “Blenders Pride Reserve Collection touches 1 million cases mark. We are thrilled about its future and confident that it will continue to grow by catering to the evolving demands of our consumers.”
